Cycling is really similar to both cross training and cycling machines that you can find in the gym. One of the main differences is that you don’t need to stare at a gym wall whilst peddling your life away. Cycling outdoors is far more rewarding, with the opportunity to visit places that you otherwise may not be able to walk or drive to.
